Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total trip price.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure.
Failure to complete full payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with loss of the deposit and no guarantee of reservation retention.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
The 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Client cancellation
Personal reasons
Medical issues
Travel disruptions
3. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation terms apply as follows:
More than 21 days before departure:
Refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit
0-21 days before departure / No-show:
100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
At the Company’s sole discretion, a credit for future use may be offered.
4. Transfer of Booking
Clients may request to transfer their booking to another person or to a future trip/date, subject to availability and approval.
Additional fees or price differences may apply.
5. Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel a trip due to:
Unsafe weather conditions
Safety or operational concerns
Insufficient number of participants
Force majeure events
In such cases, clients will be offered one of the following:
Full refund of payments made
Alternative trip/date
Credit for future use
No additional compensation shall be provided.
6. Third-Party Charter Dependency
All trips are conducted on vessels chartered from third-party providers.
The Company shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by:
Charter company decisions
Vessel technical issues
Crew availability
Port authority restrictions
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Strikes
War or civil unrest
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and credit may be offered instead.
8. Unused Services
No refunds will be given for unused services, including:
Late arrival
Early departure
Voluntary withdrawal
